This Grade 12 university preparation course explores contemporary legal issues in Canadian and international law. Students examine legal foundations, human rights and freedoms, international law and dispute resolution, criminal law, environmental protection, workplace law and emerging global issues while developing legal inquiry, legal reasoning and evidence-based communication skills.
